I have had a fun week.  Got my tooth cut out of my jaw on Monday.  I broke it of course training and it had to be extracted.  Extract is a dentist nice way of saying we are going to cut it out.  All fine while your there until you come home and the novicain wears off. 

But I went Monday and pulled some deads anyway.  Have done a lot of volume the last couple of weeks.  Seems to be catching up with me a little.  I also hit a nice 435 triple in the squat last week. 

Petur has been helping me some with coaching.  I am doing some one leg bounding and stair work.  Have to get my feet working again.  Baab does not think I will do the work in this area.  Can't wait to surprise him.  I am sending Petur some video of me throwing also for him to break down.  Nice to have someone of this caliber helping me.  Friends are priceless. 

My friend Mark Bunn and his wife June lost her mom this past week.  I am praying for the family.  These are great people.  Her mom is with god now.  Great for her, but as selfish people, we will miss her. 

Alabama lost a game this past week and lost the number one ranking they have had for over a year.  Coach Nick will know how to handle this.  They had not lost a regular season game since 2007.  Pretty good.  If they handle LSU and Auburn they will be back in the mix.  I still feel TCU and Boise are pretenders.  The blue field is enough to kick Boise out of the top 10.  So hard to watch a game on that.  You almost wish you had black and white TV. 

I am feeling like writing again.  I have some ideas on a peice regarding masters training.  I think I will put  that up soon.  I have some other ideas on tap also.  Have a couple of interviews almost ready to post.  Waiting for some good athletes to complete them for me.
